Telethon Lottery Home
Built MG were engaged in 2020 to deliver the 1st prize for the lottery, being a home at The Square at Woodville West.
Telethon Inc is a South Australian not-for-profit organisation which has supported South Australian charities since 1960. Today TelethonSA supports up to 20 not-for-profit organisations annually.
These organisations are large and small charities which often receive little or no other support. Their annual Home and Land Lottery, in which charities can participate to raise funds with no financial risk, is the first of its kinds in South Australia to be offered by a not-for-profit organisation.

Lightsview Retirement Village
Built MG were engaged in 2020 for delivery of Stage 3, constituting 9 Independent Living Units and 6 Independent Living Apartments, and construction of the servicing roadways, open space development and infrastructure.
Lightsview Retirement Village is located in one of Adelaide’s newest suburbs, 11km from the city centre. It is surrounded by 15 hectares of reserves and green spaces featuring walking trails, manicured gardens and recreation areas.
Tonsley Village
Built MG have been engaged since 2018 as a key partner in the design development and delivery of Peet Limited’s packaged housing product and more recently, the rollout of Peet Limited’s lightweight apartment developments.

Lightsview
Built MG have been engaged since 2007 for design development and delivery of Peet Limited’s packaged housing product and more recently, the rollout of Peet Limited’s lightweight apartment developments.

Built MG have been engaged since 2007 as a key partner in the design, development and delivery of Peet Limited’s packaged housing product at Bluestone, Mt Barker.

Built MG were engaged late 2020 for design development and delivery of the first prototype of Dock One’s Warehouse Apartments, and have since been engaged for delivery of packaged townhouses in Bank 3 in early 2022.
